Shipping Policy
Our warehouse is open and shipping orders daily from Monday to Friday (Wednesday to Friday only during Off-Season). You can shop with confidence knowing your items will be dispatched within 72 hours of placing your order. We appreciate your patience and support.

1. Shipping Processing Time
A confirmation email will automatically be sent once your order and payment are verified. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours.
Off-Peak Season: February 1st to September 30th. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed immediately but dispatched the next business day. Business days during Off-Peak Season are Wednesday through Friday.
Peak Season: October 1st to January 31st. Orders are processed immediately and dispatched as soon as payment is verified.
2. Shipping Locations
We ship only within Australia. Orders cannot be delivered outside the country. PO Boxes, Post Office addresses, and Parcel Lockers are not accepted, as our third-party couriers do not deliver to these locations.
3. Shipping Method
All orders are dispatched via third-party courier services, including Sendle and Transdirect. Delivery within the estimated timeframe is our goal but not guaranteed. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on size, weight, or quantity, with tracking provided for each shipment.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. No signature is required unless specified. By placing an order, you authorize our couriers to leave products in a safe location. Ensure the accuracy of your shipping information. Special delivery instructions can be added in the “special instructions for seller” field at checkout, though compliance by couriers cannot be guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not order placement. Delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We make every effort to fulfill orders promptly.
4. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $12 for up to four items.
Larger Items: Calculated at checkout based on cubic measurement or weight.
- Additional Shipping Charges: Large products may incur extra charges for regional deliveries to cover handling and logistics.
- Regional Areas: Locations outside standard delivery zones or hard-to-access areas may require extra shipping.
- Customized Quotes: Regional customers may request tailored shipping estimates.
