  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale or customized cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please visit our website: ourstorechristmas.com and complete the return request form under “Returns & Exchanges.” Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your items.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty product or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned items otherwise.
  • Title and risk remain with the customer until the item is received by our warehouse.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.
  • Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • To exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or is the wrong product, please contact us immediately via our website ourstorechristmas.com with photos and order details.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. International Returns

  • Currently, we only accept returns from within Australia. International returns are not accepted.
